Her Mission

Andrea Ball works tirelessly to help her clients rise above the cacophony of voices that want to be heard and she relishes the opportunity to give back by forging legislative and budget/funding policies that benefit California’s students and strengthen the public schools.

Motivation

Public education played a critical role in Andrea Ball’s life as well as that of her family. A granddaughter of immigrants, her parents and grandparents placed a high value on public education. A message she took to heart personally and professionally.

Background

She has built a career as a champion and advocate for California’s public schools, masterfully weaving together her talents in advocacy, policy and education. Before Ball/Frost Group, she held foundational roles as the Director of Government Relations for the Long Beach Unified School District; the Deputy State Superintendent of Government Affairs for the California State Superintendent of Public Schools, Jack O’Connell; the Statewide Director of the California Academic Partnership ProgramLegislative Advocate for the California School Board Association; and a Senior Policy Advisor for Early Edge California.
